How it works
FLEXIAID is added to the compound and works as a process aid, de-crystallizer, de-scorcher and cold de-vulcanizing agent.
The four functions
Process aid
Helps the compound flow during mixing and processing, so cycles can run more efficiently.
De-crystallizer
Helps aged or stiffened compound return to a workable state.
De-scorcher
Works as an anti-scorching agent, so batches are less likely to go off-spec in the mill.
Cold de-vulcanizing agent
Works at ambient temperature, without heat, to help recover cured rubber for reuse.
